Acquest served as asset manager/property manager for this iconic downtown Detroit high rise office building. It supervised a large staff of building engineers as well as on site management and building administration. Acquest represented absentee ownership out of New York. In this role, Acquest had overall responsibility for the day to day administration of the building, negotiating and renegotiating large federal government leases and meticulously reporting to a diverse group of family ownership. In the course of its responsibilities, Acquest successfully negotiated the $27,000,000 refinance of the 211 Building and otherwise began to prep the building for sale.
